Registry documents are charged at cost plus a handling fee. Your solicitor's fee is separate.

An agent takes around 2% of your sale price: about $24,000 on a $1,200,000 home. The FIND:HOME settlement fee is written into the contract and paid from the proceeds, only if your home sells through us.

Made in Sydney

Built by a seller, for sellers.

FIND:HOME started with one question: why does selling your own home cost a percentage of it? It is built in Sydney, for NSW law, with a Sydney law firm at the table.

Questions

Is it legal to sell without an agent?+

Yes. The contract is the standard NSW Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land, populated from your answers and finalised by a solicitor before it goes to a buyer. The prescribed documents come from the NSW Land Registry and Sydney Water through InfoTrack.

Do I need a solicitor?+

A solicitor finalises the contract. Use your own, or send it to our partner firm Wainwright Legal from inside FIND:HOME with one click, at the partner rate.

What does it really cost?+

$99 today, then $1,990 at settlement, only if it sells through FIND:HOME. The prescribed documents are charged at what the registry charges plus handling, shown before you pay, with any saving refunded. Your solicitor's fee is separate. No sale, no settlement fee.

How is that different from an agent?+

An agent takes a percentage of your sale price, around $24,000 at 2% on a $1,200,000 home, for work you can now do yourself with the right tools. FIND:HOME charges two fixed amounts you see up front, $99 today and $1,990 at settlement only if it sells through FIND:HOME, and never a percentage.

How do buyers find my home?+

On the FIND:HOME portal, on the map, and through the link you share. Or quietly: invite specific people by email and nobody else can see it.
