Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a few to keep you signed in and remember your settings, and, unless you turn it off here, two services that measure how the site and our advertising perform. Here is every one of them.

Your setting

Analytics and advertising measurement are on unless you switch them off. Switching off removes the Google Analytics and Meta tags from every page you load in this browser and stops the matching events from our server. It does not affect sign-in or anything the site needs to work.

What we use

Three kinds. Sign-in and settings: the cookie that keeps you signed in, and your choice of light or dark mode, this switch, and whether you have seen the cookie notice. Measurement: Google Analytics and Meta, only while the switch above is on, and Stripe's fraud checks on the payment page. Maps and addresses: Google Maps and Places on listing pages, the survey and the calculator.

Do we need your consent?

For visitors in Australia, no law requires a consent banner for these cookies; the law requires that we tell you what we collect and let you opt out, which this page does, and our Privacy Policy explains the rest. Our service is for people selling property in New South Wales and we do not offer it to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, where different rules apply.
