FIND:HOME explained
The contract that replaces the $24,000 agent.
Price: $99
+ $1,990 at settlement, only if it sells through FIND:HOME
Selling a home in NSW needs a contract, the right documents and a solicitor. It does not need an agent taking 2 percent. FIND:HOME does the first three, and you keep the rest.

The contract
A NSW Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land, written from your answers, with the prescribed documents ordered from the registry and attached.
02
A solicitor
Send it to Wainwright Legal at the FIND:HOME partner rate, or to your own. They edit, review and finalise inside the platform.

What it costs
$99 today
$1,990 at settlement, only if it sells through FIND:HOME
Registry documents are charged at cost plus a handling fee. Your solicitor's fee is separate.
The registry documents are shown at their cost before you pay, with any saving refunded. The settlement fee is written into the contract and paid from the proceeds at settlement. No sale, no fee. Never a percentage.
On a $1,200,000 home
Plus registry documents at cost and your solicitor's fee, both of which you would pay with an agent too.
Example based on 2% commission on a $1,200,000 sale ($24,000). Commission is not regulated in NSW and your agent's rate will differ. Excludes marketing costs, which commonly run $3,000 to $12,000. FIND:HOME is not a licensed real estate agency and does not act for you in the sale.
